Need to Know


Do I need to make an appointment to tour the venue?

How do I reserve a date?  What is the payment schedule?
A 30% retainer is required to reserve your date and we schedule a payment plan. With final payment paid in full at least 1 month before desired date.  Rosewood Acres Farm Wedding Venue Policy is that no date can be held unless a deposit and contract has been made for that particular date. We do not accept a verbal commitment as form to secure a date. It is first come first serve to whomever does deposit first.  This policy is not in place to pressure anyone into booking, it is just to let them know that it could be off the market that very same day.


How many people can Rosewood Acres accommodate?
From an intimate event of 50 people to a grand soiree of 250 guests, the unique spaces of Rosewood Acres grounds are quite versatile. 


What is your alcohol policy?
We do not allow alcoholic beverages on the farm and surrounding grounds.


What is your smoking,tobacco, and vape policy?

We do not allow use of any of these products on the farm. However, if you have guest who uses these products they may return to their vehicle to partake

What time does everyone have to leave Rosewood Acres? 
Usage of the property concludes at Midnight.  We recommend ending your event by 11:00 to allow ample time for break down and cleaning.  Vendors must be finished with break down at close of property or you will be charged for an additional day.


Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of "preferred" caterers?  Can I choose my own caterer instead?

We maintain a list of Preferred Professionals that we recommend.    If you prefer, you may choose you hire your own caterer and/or cake artist for your event.  All food service providers using a commercial grill must present a copy of their General Liability Insurance.

 

Can I hire my own vendors (florist, musician, coordinator, photographer, videographer, DJ, etc.) or do I have to select from a vendor list? 
We do not require you use professionals from our Preferred Professionals list.  You may certainly choose professionals that suit you best.


Do you provide any audio equipment?
No.
